Before NETSYG became a business, it was me helping friends, family, and people around me whenever their IT gave them trouble — a slow computer, a network that suddenly stopped working, or a server issue nobody wanted to touch.
I enjoyed getting to the real cause and explaining what was happening in a way people could understand. Over time, people started telling me, “Why don’t you turn this into a proper business?”
That stayed with me. I had already spent years in IT, including my time at Hewlett-Packard as a Deep Technical Support Specialist. I knew how frustrating technology becomes when a business depends on it but nobody clearly owns the problem.
So I started NETSYG with a simple idea: give SMEs honest, practical IT support without scare tactics or unnecessary upgrades — and make sure customers know who is handling the next step.
